My name's Russ and I set up Breathe Business Coaching following an extensive career in the corporate world spanning across the Advertising, FMCG and Hospitality sectors, working mainly in Business Development and HR functions. The arrival of my two children in 2019 meant readdressing the balance of work and home life was more critical than ever and so Breathe was born, the rest as they say, is history. 

So why engage Breathe to help? Well firstly, I get it, really I do. I know what it is like to wonder when you will be found out, only to realise, through coaching I might add, that you have as much right to be at the table as the next person. I know what its like to freak out because you don't have all the answers, only to work out you don't need them all and that's ok. I get those self limiting beliefs, just like you and I don't mind telling you right here, right now they are all normal, very normal. 

Breathe Business Coaching provides a unique approach that not only guides and supports clients through these obstacles, but also empowers them to handle future challenges with more confidence and authenticity.  My approach is underpinned by trusted and proven strategies refined by obtaining the Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
